What’s the difference between a customer and a member?

A customer is someone who only wants to buy our products. A member is a someone who can recommend customers and gets paid to do so.

What is your customer return policy?

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return for a full refund if postmarked within 60 days of receipt. Return shipping and handling fees are paid by customer. All returns must include a return/exchange form and your original receipt.

Please note that when sending a return, make certain to retain your tracking number. Re-turns that do not arrive at our warehouse cannot be processed without a valid tracking number.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges! Just return the order you’d like to exchange and in the meantime place a new order for the item desired. Once we receive your returned item with the re-turn/exchange form included, we will refund your item! This saves you the time waiting for us to process the exchange! Exchanges must be postmarked within 60 days after receiving your item.

Bundles/collections must be returned as a whole set. Specialty closeout or discounted items can not be returned/exchanged, all sales are final on these items.

What is your business kit return policy?

Business Kit - You may return your business kit within one year of purchase for a refund of up to 90% of the purchase price. The business kit must be returned in its entirety; all contents of the kit must be unopened and all items must be unused and in resalable condition in order to receive a refund. You are advised to insure the package for $200, as Pele’s Grace is not responsible for lost shipments. The original shipping and handling fees are not eligible for refund.
